Piedmont Radiological Assoicates, P.A. performs diagnostic radiological procedures and interpretation of radiological procedures for Rowan Regional Medical Center and Rowan Breast Health Center. Radiologists' services are billed separately from the hospital or imaging center where the procedure was performed.

We file all claims with your insurance company. If your statement indicates that an insurance claim was filed but no payments were received, please contact your insurance company. If you believe a claim was not filed correctly or had missing information, please contact us with the correct insurance information so we can re-file your claim. For other insurance questions (deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, benefits, etc.), please contact your insurance company.
Payment options include:
- By phone at 704-633-1022. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Online through our secure Online Payment Center (see Pay Online link). Be sure to have your Account Number printed on your statement.
- By mail or in person at our billing office at 1515 West Innes Street, Salisbury, NC, 28144.
Statements are mailed monthly. You can also set up a monthly payment plan with our office. Self-pay discounts are available.
